The representatives of Permanent Missions to the United Nations at Geneva of ASEAN countries meet with Mr. Jesus S. Domingo, President of the 2012 Meeting of the High Contracting Parties, together with the staff of CCW Implementation Support Unit, Mr. Bantan Nugroho, Head of CCW-ISU, and Ms. Hine-Wai Loose, Political Affairs Officer of CCW-ISU.
The High Contracting Parties to the Convention on Certain Conventional Weapons have organized themselves into a number of groups
to facilitate their representation in the CCW meetings, as well as their preparations and discussions. The membership of these groups differs from those found in other forums, despite the similar names. Each group has a coordinator who may speak on behalf of the group and is responsible for organizing and chair meetings of that group.
